As an 8-inch pendant speaker, it comes housed in an attractive cylindrical chassis that compliments any design aesthetic. The AtlasIED PM8FA-WH differs from the PM8CX-WH by virtue of its coaxially mounted PEI dome tweeter. Using a dome tweeter instead of a compression driver gives you an expanded high-frequency range up to 20kHz. Youll also enjoy a wider 100-degree dispersion angle. Mounting the PM8FA-WH is easy too. It comes standard with a 9.8-foot (3-meter) mounting cable. However, you can also use a 3/4-inch ceiling fan installation kit (sold separately) for environments with angled ceilings.
